Founders of WAPN 91.5 FM and WAPB 91.7 FM.

Gordon, and the Lund family, were originally farmers from Minnesota. Knowing full well the virtues of seed and harvest. Gordon inherited family land, and he used the proceeds from the sale of the land to fund the beginnings of WAPN.In this way, Gordon sewed the seed to for souls.

I am a wife to Tim Vallance, mother of 3, and Nannee of 6; Middle daughter to Gordon and Earlyne Lund.

I’m the second-generation running WAPN 91.5 FM and WAPB 91.7 FM, I have been part of the station since before it went on the air helping behind the scene. I started by working part-time while I was figuring out life, fell in love with Radio and have stayed on. Now I run WAPN!

I have always wanted ministry to have the best and reach the world through technology. I love helping ministries and churches—big and small—to grow and reach the world. The vision stands the same today as when we started in 1985: “to win one soul to Christ.” I love praise and worship.

Prayerline is the backbone of WAPN, we all need prayer. I’m always looking forward to the next thing that we can do to help ministries, churches, and our listeners.
